By submitting your details on this website, you agree to the following terms. This website is operated by Regla Pty Ltd (ABN pending), an Australian company ("Regla", "we").

1. Purpose of this website

This website is a pre-launch interest registration page. By submitting your information, you are expressing interest in the Regla platform. You are not entering into a binding commercial agreement, and no payment is required.

2. Founding restaurant rate

Restaurants that register during the founding period will be offered pricing locked at the founding rate for a period of two (2) years from the date their venue goes live on the Regla platform, subject to the execution of a formal venue partnership agreement. Regla reserves the right to define and communicate the founding rate prior to platform launch. Registration on this page does not constitute acceptance of any pricing or commercial terms.

3. No guarantees

Regla is a pre-launch product. We make no representations about when the platform will launch in any specific area, or that it will launch at all. We will contact registered users when we are ready to launch in their area.

4. Communications

By registering, you consent to Regla contacting you via the email address or mobile number you provided, for the purpose of notifying you about the Regla launch and discussing partnership opportunities. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any communication or emailing hello@regla.com.au.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
